Full Description:
Allclenz® is a clear, moisturizing, non-ionic surfactant wound cleanser containing Poloxamer 188, sorbitol, purified water, Coca Phosphatidly Dimonium Chloride, Potassium Phosphate Monobasic, DMDM Hydantoin and Citric Acid or Sodium Hydroxide.

The product is specifically formulated for the cleansing of Stage I-IV pressure ulcers, stasis ulcers, diabetic ulcers, foot ulcers, post-surgical wounds, first and second degree burns, cuts, abrasions and minor irritations of the skin.
