Analgesics owe their effectiveness in reducing fever and treating headache and cardiovascular disease to two principal active ingredients: paracetamol and acetyl salicylic acid - both produced by Rhodia’s Pharmaceutical ingredients business.
The business also manufactures products that make salves more creamy and easier to use, and enable users to apply ideal dosages of a drug or benefit from the rapid dissolving of an effervescent pill.
