Today, we develop, manufacture and market a wide variety of proprietary and specialized products for the orthopaedic market. We focus on tissue repair and rehabilitation products used by orthopaedic professionals in their offices and by patients in their homes. OrthoLogic's core product lines consist of bone growth stimulation, continuous passive motion devices, and HyalganŽ (sodium hyaluronate). On August 30, 1996, OrthoLogic acquired Sutter Corporation, a manufacturer and distributor of Continuous Passive Motion (CPM) devices. In March of 1997, OrthoLogic acquired the CPM businesses of Toronto Medical and Danninger Medical. In July of 1997, OrthoLogic introduced HYALGANŽ (sodium hyaluronate) a treatment for the relief of pain of osteoarthritis of the knee.
