Reprogen is a functional genomics company applying proprietary approaches to determine the pathological and therapeutic significance of genes in hormonally active reproductive disease systems. Reprogen has created three proprietary technology platforms to identify gene targets useful for diagnostic and therapeutic development. The Company has identified and characterized 11 pathologically and therapeutically relevant targets in less than 18 months and under $3 million. Reprogen's strategy is to identify and characterize gene sequences relevant to the progression, diagnosis and treatment of reproductive disease systems. In order to finance the work, the company will license out diagnostic and small molecule therapeutic opportunities. The Company intends to pursue development of selected biological therapeutic products into early-phase clinical trials.
