Our platform technologies consist of synthetic and viral gene delivery systems and targeted cytotoxic T-lymphocytes (CTLs). Current programs focus on inherited genetic diseases such as cystic fibrosis and hemophilia A, cancer and infectious diseases. Several of our products already are in clinical development. In order to access and develop novel, proprietary and innovative therapeutics for these diseases, Targeted Genetics collaborates with leading academic and medical groups and has established significant partnerships with leading pharmaceutical companies.
