Promethean LifeSciences, Inc. produces and sells GammaGraft, a human skin allograft that can be stored at room temperature as treatment for large wounds. Currently, other forms of human skin allograft need to be cryogenically frozen. GammaGraft is therefore much easier and less expensive to store, and require far less preparation before application to the wound site. Promethean LifeSciences also develops soft-tissue expanders for clinical applications.
