Company Profile: PNAD currently spearheads the Boehringer Mannheim Group activities in the field of Molecular Diagnostics and is the future diagnostic formats and systems for Boehringer Mannheim. Outside the Boehringer Mannheim Groups core interests, PNAD aims to create own businesses through licensing, joint ventures and own products. The first products are expected ready in early 1998 and PNAD is currently assessing the licensing opportunities as well as the possibility for spinning off technologies. Currently, a number of licensing arrangements are being discussed with potential licensees.
