RxKinetix is an emerging drug delivery company. Using its proprietary technologies, the Company is focused on developing and manufacturing novel pharmaceutical formulations which may help pharmaceutical developers make their drugs - whether small molecules, peptides, proteins or gene therapy agents - more bioavailable and/or convenient for patients. Through its MicronixTM technology, RxKinetix creates micro- and nanoparticles of difficult-to-formulate molecules for parenteral and pulmonary routes of administration. And its ProGelzTM formulations preserve peptide and protein therapeutics for controlled release parenteral, nasal and oral delivery. RxKinetix's business strategy is to collaborate with strategic partners to develop specific products. Through such agreements, RxKinetix will use its proprietary platform technologies to develop formulations for pre-clinical development. Subsequent supply agreements will cover RxKinetix's manufacturing of pre-clinical and, ultimately, GMP clinical drug product supply.
